GAF and Atlas, two leading shingle manufacturers, have recently upgraded the warranty of their architectural shingle lines. Instead of a 30 or 35 year shingle, they are now lifetime shingles.

With a warranty like that, its not hard to make a decision on which brand to choose. An equally important decision, however, is choosing a contractor to actually install the roof. One of the best places to search for contractors is the BBB. (Better Business Bureau) Advantage Home Improvement, Inc. is a proud member of the BBB and share their vision for honest and ethical business practices.
Make sure your contractor has liability and workmans compensation insurance. The last thing you want is for someone to accidentally damage your property and not be able to pay for it. Advantage Home Improvement carries $1,000,000 in general liability and workmans compensation insurance.
Make sure your contractor is fully licensed. A legitimate and legal contractor should be licensed by the state and should also have local and county business licenses.
Other things to consider:
How long has the company been in business? Can the contractor provide references for similar work? What about waste disposal? Does the company own a fleet of clean dumpsters and a truck to haul them with, or will there be trailers and pickup trucks all over your yard? How long is the job going to take?
Advantage Home Improvement has been installing roofs for over half a century. We have thousands of satisfied clients all over Nashville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, and other areas of middle Tennessee. We own a dumpster truck and a fleet of clean dumpsters. We will bring a dumpster to the job site prior to the job to contain all of the debris and waste. When we install a roof, you will know exactly when we will start the job and exactly when we will be finished.
